Guadalajara Beer Scene
Everybody knows Corona and I'm not going to knock it. Partly because I enjoy one every once in a while and partly because it would hurt my husband's feelings. However... I'm really an IPA fan. In general, I enjoy a beer with a lot of flavor, I must not have gotten enough bitter in a past life because I can't get enough of it now from arugula to unsweetened chocolate to the hoppiest of double IPAs, I'm here for it. But, I also don't consider myself a beer snob, I really just enjoy beer. The microbrew and small batch beer scene has really exploded in Mexico in the last decade or so and Guadalajara, vibrant city that it is, has grabbed that bus and hopped (alert: beer pun...) on board.
